What platforms can I collect reviews on?: We will work with your business to integrate with any platforms of your choice such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, and more.
How does the screening process work before asking for reviews?: We ask your customers to rate your service 0-10 on our hosted site. We show direct review links to customers who rate your service highly, and a form to submit feedback privatly to others.
Is the integration process complicated?: No, our integration is designed to be straightforward. We work directly with your business to integrate with your customer management platform. We can even process spreadsheets / Google sheets.
Will my customers be bombarded with review requests?: No, we never send duplicate requests to the same customer. We keep track of customers we sent requests to and customers that reviewed you already.
What if I have unique needs for review collection and management?: We custom built this service to have as much flexibility as possilbe. We work directly with each business to tailor our solution to their needs.
Will my customers see Convosage branding?: No. We never include any convosage branding in our site, our sites are designed with your logo and brand colors.
